7. “Forget Wi-Fi Network”

Sometimes, the Wi-FI password would have been changed recently. In such cases, it is not possible to get connected to the WiFi network with the stored password. You need to do the following procedure to get the WiFi network issue resolved in such cases.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap on Wi-Fi.
  • Then, tap the blue “i” button next to the Wi-Fi network name.
  • Now, tap “Forget This Network”.
  • Your iPad will now restart.
  • Go back to the Wi-Fi menu inside the Settings app.
  • Tap on the name of your Wi-Fi network.
  • Enter the Wi-Fi password.
  • Check if the network connection issue is fixed or not.

8. Reset iPad’s Network Settings

Resetting the network settings of the iPad device can fix network issues in some cases. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc, will be changed to the default factory settings, once you do resetting. To reset the network settings, proceed as per the instructions given below.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap on “General”.
  • Then. tap on “Reset”.
  • Now, tap on “Reset Network Settings”.
  • Enter your iPad device passcode.
  • Tap on “Reset Network Settings” to confirm.
  • Your iPad will turn off now.

Note: After resetting the network settings, you need to re-enter the Wi-Fi password and also need to reconnect the Bluetooth devices.
